Welcome to Blue Barrel Surf School. By booking a surf lesson or participating in any activities with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All lessons must be booked in advance through our website.

1.2 Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

1.3 We only accept payments via credit/debit card,

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund.

2.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson will not be eligible for a refund but will have the option to reschedule.

2.3 If Blue Barrel Surf School cancels a lesson due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund, reschedule or a voucher.

3. Participant Requirements

3.1 Participants must be capable of swimming at least 25 meters in a pool unaided.

3.2 Any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must be disclosed before participation at the booking enquiry stage.

4. Liability and Waiver

4.1 Surfing is an inherently risky activity. Participants accept all risks associated with surfing and waive any claims against Blue Barrel Surf School for injuries, losses, or damages.

4.2 Blue Barrel Surf School is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.

5. Safety and Conduct

5.1 All participants must follow the instructor’s guidance and adhere to safety instructions at all times.

5.2 Failure to comply with safety protocols or engaging in reckless behavior may result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.

6. Equipment

6.1 Surfboards, wetsuits, and other necessary equipment are provided for lessons.

6.2 Participants are responsible for returning equipment in the same condition as issued. Any damage due to negligence may incur additional charges.

7. Media

7.1 Blue Barrel Surf School may take photographs or videos during lessons for promotional purposes.

7.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

By booking and participating in a lesson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
